Shipping and Handling
The cost for shipping and handling is automatically added to your order when an order is placed. The costs are calculated based upon the total amount of the order. The following is the breakdown for shipping and handling:

Return and Replacement Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your order for full refund or replacement. All refund and replacements must be done within 30 days of shipping. Refund items will be net of any shipping charges and Special Discounts or Promotions. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Prior to shipping the items back, please email us at Comments@Candle-Styx.com for authorization within 30 days of shipping.
‘Bloom’ is a natural powdery white coating that can be easily removed by gently buffing the candle with a soft cloth. The bloom will in no way inhibit the quality of the candle. The bloom is inherent of natural beeswax candles, and is your assurance of true beeswax.
